1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Home Pro Property Maintenance ("we", "us", or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Home Pro Property Maintenance provides property maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Plastering repairs
  • Door installation
  • Clothesline installation
  • Interior painting
  • Cleaning services
  • Pressure cleaning

Services are provided in East Maitland and surrounding areas in NSW, Australia.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary if:

  • The scope of work changes from what was originally discussed
  • Additional repairs or work are discovered during the job
  • Materials costs change significantly
  • Access conditions differ from what was described

We will always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, credit card, and invoice payments
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences
  • Outstanding invoices are due within 14 days of issue

5. Scheduling and Access

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the work area
  • Ensure the work area is safe and accessible
  • Notify us of any hazards or special conditions
  • Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule

6. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship guarantee includes:

  • All work is performed to a professional standard
  • We will rectify any defects in workmanship at no additional cost
  • Guarantees apply to labour only; material warranties are as per manufacturer terms
  • Claims must be made within a reasonable time of discovering any issue

7. Insurance

Home Pro Property Maintenance is fully insured. We hold:

  • Public liability insurance
  • Workers compensation insurance (where applicable)

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service:

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: No charge
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A call-out fee may apply
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full call-out fee applies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or defects
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties
  • Consequential or indirect damages are excluded

10. Disputes

If you have a concern about our services:

  • Please contact us first to discuss the issue
  • We will work with you to resolve any concerns fairly
  • If we cannot reach agreement, we may suggest mediation
  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
